Junior Financial Controler

Junior Controller position available with a dynamic company primarily engaged in construction project management and steel parts manufacturing.

Groupe PRO-B is an industrial contractor specializing in the design, fabrication, and assembly of piping, boiler work, steel structures, and various other services. As we are currently in a growth phase, our team is continuously expanding. Will you be the next one to find your place among us?

Main tasks:

• Supervise the entire accounting cycle (payroll, payables, receivables, journal entries);
• Produce monthly financial statements;
• Develop and monitor cash flow reports;
• Communicate with various financial institutions;
• Verify and produce government remittances;
• Prepare T4 and Relevé 1 slips, as well as CNESST salary declarations in collaboration with the payroll technician;
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and adapt internal controls;
• Prepare the annual budget and provide budgetary monitoring for specific entities, as needed;
• Participate in management meetings;
• Prepare year-end files and support external audits.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
• CPA title, an asset;
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Attention to detail and high level of rigor;
• Planning and organizational skills.

Employment conditions:

• Permanent position;
• Full-time (40 hours/week).
